Who we are

HopliGO is developed and run by EB management s.r.o., the controller of the personal data described here. Write to hello@hopligo.com about anything on this page.

What we keep

Your email address, the language of the page you signed up on, which version of this notice you agreed to, and when you signed up. Nothing else.

Why

To send you an email when HopliGO opens. That is the only use: we don’t sell or share your address, and there are no ads. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

How long

Until we’ve told you HopliGO is open; then we delete it within three months. Or earlier, as soon as you ask.

Where

Cloudflare runs this site and stores the list for us, in a database restricted to the European Union.

Stopping abuse

To stop automated sign-ups we keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your connection’s IP address for 24 hours. We don’t store the IP address itself.

No tracking

No cookies, no analytics, no trackers. The fonts come from this site, not from Google.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent: write to hello@hopligo.com. You can also complain to the Slovak data protection authority, Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR.
